It’s funny how we got it in our heads to be exactly the same as the rest of them
when really we’re all our own and not alike. Not alike the other people that just try to fit in.
It’s time to change that little part of our mind
that says we’ve gotta put on a sick disguise.
let’s show the world that we’re different. I’m not the same as you
I’m not the same as you I’m not the same as you.
I’ve got a giant mess in my head it’s gonna stay a mess and torture me until i’m dead. I’ve got these problems in my head and now they want me dead.
But now the world just wants to be the master. They call it a controlled disaster.
I’m not the same as you I’m not the same as you.
We all have our own disasters in our heads
but also have the most amazing gifts to show the world.
Let’s come together in our fascinating differences
and spread the gift of love and shout “i’m not the same as you”.
Let’s be free. Let’s be free to show the world who we really are.
We’re not the same. We’re not the same and that’s the most incredible thing that we can ever be.
Let’s be free. Let’s be free to show the world who we really are.
We are not the same. We are not the same.

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
I don’t usually go out much for metalcore/deathcore but this album would easily make my shortlist. Emotionally captivating with great storytelling and an overall solid musical performance. 7/10 RJ
